In your role as HR Referent:in education and training (m/w/d), your focus is on holistic support as well as the strategic development of concepts and instruments of initial training and trainee programs in our more than 160 BAUHAUS specialist centres They are the central contact person for our trade experts:inside, dual students and trainees and accompany them on their training and development path You design, plan and moderate events for your target groups, such as Welcome Days or final events They work confidently at eye level with internal HR interfaces as well as external partners such as dual universities They develop effective measures to ensure the quality and success of training and trainee programs

Completed studies in economics, economics, human resources management, economic education, economic psychology or a comparable discipline Multiannual relevant professional experience, ideally in trade, with detectable successes in the care and development of trainees, dual students and trainees as well as the conceptual implementation of training and trainee programs Impressed enthusiasm for and career development of young talent and trainees, with the ability to design innovative concepts independently and continuously optimize them Self-employed, structured and self-responsibility, combined with a high level of earnings and success Safe, service-oriented appearance in dealing with internal and external stakeholders, coupled with excellent communication skills and a pronounced team spirit
