Seeing and acting is at the heart of our work at the Deutsche Caritasverband e.V. (DCV). Working conditions for more than half a million employees in approx. 25,000 institutions and services of the Caritas are organised in the DCV Labour Law Commission within the framework of the so-called third way. The Labour Law Commission is composed of representatives of the service provider side and the employee side. At the office of the service provider side of the DCV commission, we are looking for a Referent_in Labour and Tariff Law (Fulljurist_in) Location Berlin I unlimited I 100 %

The main focus of the discussion with the ecclesiastical labour and collective labour law, constant observation of individual and collective labour law Support of bodies of the Labour Law Commission at the federal and regional level, consultation and support of mandate-holders Content preparation and follow-up of committee meetings as well as participation in decision texts Precise representation and working up of current legislation and jurisdiction with relevance for the Caritas Presentation of legal topics in publications and events

Their two legal State Examina have completed at least ‘satisfactory’. ideally bring professional experience in labour law. are ready for nationwide travel. to present complex facts clearly and understandably. in the best case have experience in association work as well as knowledge of the Caritas structures (AVR and Church's own labour law). share our values such as charity, tolerance and solidarity for people in need.
