Group Manager for Vocational Training (m/w/d)

Scope of employment: Full time or Part-time (80-100%)

As a group leader*in you take over the independent management of a group in the field of vocational training (BBB) in accordance with § 4 WVO. The planning, implementation and evaluation of individual training measures in the phases of entrance procedures, basic course and post-graduate course is one of your tasks. They promote participants in professional, theoretical, social and life-structural skills. In addition, you will guide and accompany internships within the workshop and on the general labour market. They are responsible for cooperation with interdisciplinary teams, including social services and external partners. They are responsible for creating and updating individual funding and education plans. They take care of the safety of work and the implementation of instructions.

You fit us if you are

• a completed training in a craftsman, technical or educational field, as an alternative a training to the nurse in or work educator in
• an additional qualification as a specialist for the promotion of work and work (FAB) or the willingness to acquire, bring with it
• have experience in working with people with mental impairments
• pedagogical skills and the ability to create individual learning processes
• Bringing team skills, sense of responsibility and a structured way of working
• have knowledge of the creation of educational plans and documentation
