Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)

Own-sponsored planning, control and implementation of reconstruction, reconstruction, modernization and new construction projects over all phases of the project Perception of contractor representation and coordination and control of specialist planners, engineering offices, authorities, experts and exporting companies Technical assessment and strategic development of the real estate stock taking into account value retention, value enhancement, sustainability and life cycle costs Development, prioritisation and implementation of technical investment, maintenance and modernisation measures Responsibility for project budgets, cost-effectiveness analyses, funding management and cost, timing, quality and risk controlling Announcement, award and management of planning and construction services and contract management taking into account HOAI, VOB and BGB Ensuring compliance with legal, technical and building regulations as well as the recognised rules of technology Close cooperation with property management and regular project controlling and reporting to internal and external stakeholders

Successfully completed technical training with further training as masterin or technicianin or completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture, building technology or a comparable subject Multiannual professional experience in the management of construction, renovation, modernization or maintenance projects Funded knowledge in contracting as well as in handling HOAI, VOB and BGB Experience in building and management of external project participants Outstanding economic understanding and experience in cost, appointment and quality management Safe handling of common Microsoft Office applications German language skills
