Support of management in technical and organisational matters Ensuring smooth operations of all investigations and interventions Supporting the management in the support and motivation of all colleagues to promote professional and personal development Ensuring optimal staff placement together with the line Acquisition of (rough) Guided tour of regular employee talks incl. Completed training as nurse, nursing, nursing, nursing, nursing or nursing Ideally leadership experience as a lead or representation Successfully completed management course or foreseeable in the near future Professional appearance and sovereign behaviour even in stress situations Embossed lightness in dealing with people as well as ability to effectively motivate the team Self-employed and responsible work readiness to continuously develop and adapt to changing requirements Openness for new challenges
