Your tasks:

Take these challenges

• Creation and maintenance of documents and data
• Implementation of evaluations
• Answering and receiving requests
• Support for specialist topics
• Processing of standardized operations in network customer service such as network connection processes or connection changes
• Preparation and maintenance of network connection, connection and network usage contracts
• Processing of customer requests to house connections, storage, wallboxes, building current in IT systems according to instructions/work instructions

Your qualifications:

How to convince us

• Successful completion as an office man/wife, industrial man/wife or comparable qualification
• Experience in expertise in coordination and process support
• Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook
