You take over the professional and disciplined leadership of a powerful team and actively promote motivation, quality and team spirit. In insurance and medical questions, you advise professionally within and outside the area. You initiate and accompany change processes in order to adapt the organization to new requirements and ensure success in the long term. The competent and service-oriented communication with policyholders and trustees is also part of your area of responsibility. You also work with external service providers as part of personal injury management. Your cooperation in projects and the acquisition of special tasks actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization and enable you to tackle new challenges.

You have a training as a businesswoman for insurance and finance, ideally supplemented by a further training as an insurance specialist:in or comparable. Your multiannual professional experience, ideally associated with knowledge of accident insurance, allows you to provide sound knowledge in this area. You already have first experience and knowledge in the management of staff. With your strong communication, decision-making and team skills, you can successfully interact with customers, colleagues and other stakeholders. You are delighted with changes, structured working methods and active participation. Their solution orientation, flexibility and commitment are key features to address and overcome challenges and to meet the requirements of the profession with enthusiasm. The readiness for occasional nationwide service trips and the willingness to participate in external service events complete your profile.

Salary: We offer you a collectively regulated remuneration (compulsory contract for private insurance). In addition, you will receive Christmas and holiday allowances as well as extensive social benefits - including an occupational pension scheme. In addition, a future-proof workplace awaits you.

Homeoffice: You have the choice of different home office models, depending on the location and arrangement with your manager. At least two days are provided at the LVM campus. In addition to a fully-fledged technical equipment you get a unique home office tray of 800 € brutto.

Work-Life-Balance: Our flexible working time regulation with a 38-hour week and 30 holiday days allows you to adjust your working hours in consultation between 7 am and 8 pm. In this case, any overtime that has been completed is of course paid out or can alternatively be compensated for by leisure.

Flexibility: In addition to our home office, you have the possibility to use another ten days for mobile work in Germany or in the EU country. We thus promote the compatibility of your professional and private goals.
