We are looking for several painters (m/w/d) at Airbus.

Painter Airbus (d/m/w)

Location: Varel Type of employment: night work, shift, full-time Working hours: 35 hours per week

Tasks, competences and responsibility The activity as a painter at Airbus at the Varel site includes:

• Preparation of varnishing (cleaning, covering, masking, grinding on the individual part) and colouring (manual and machine)
• Painting of structural components
• Preparing activities for the coating (tool and material preparation, to assemble building documents and to clean and activate surfaces)
• Operation of automatic paint mixing systems
• Preparatory activities, such as removal of the covering materials
• Layer thickness control and documentation

Technical requirements

• Complete training as painter, vehicle painter, surface coater, process mechanic for coating technology or comparable, applications without completed or recognized in Germany (IHK/FOSA) training cannot be taken into account (m/w/d)
• Current professional experience as painter or painter Engineer (m/w/d)
• Very good German knowledge and basic knowledge in English
• SAP knowledge of advantage
• Commitment, team skills and independent work
• ready for shift work 3-shift operation and weekend work
