We are looking for a full-time or part-time (min. 70%) Manager (m/w/d) This is your field of action: You are in your position as a Compliance Officer (m/w/d) (MaRisk and WpHG) and Money Laundering Officer (m/w/d) responsible for ensuring legal requirements to avoid legal risks. You contribute to the process monitoring of the adequacy/efficiency assessment of procedures and measures and prepare/ update relevant work instructions, reports and risk analyses. You implement internal security measures, carry out monitoring and control measures, analyze risk situations and develop prevention and monitoring systems. You evaluate legal changes with a view to possible action needs and implement supervisory changes. You are a competent contact person (m/w/d) for compliance and money laundering related issues from the Executive Board, specialist and market areas as well as supervisory authorities and external auditors. This distinguishes you: You are a bank manager (m/w/d) or you have a degree in economics in the field of banking/financial services or law. You have basic knowledge of compliance-relevant processes and legal/ regulatory regulations. You quickly capture complex facts and act responsibly. You possess pronounced analytical skills and a secure judgment. You exercise solution-oriented communication and convey complex issues to the address.
