As part of a follow-up regulation, we are looking for an entrepreneurial thinking and acting leader as a market successor and monitoring board (m/w/d) in a dynamic college of two that will lead our Sparkasse Gießen to the future with passion and innovative strength.

As a market successor and monitoring board, you are responsible for: Groups: Business Administration (Controlling/Calculation) Organisation (organisational development/IT organisation/building management/central services) Central market succession (credit analysis/credit secretariat/passive) Tasks Expert team As a member of the Executive Board, you are responsible for the management and strategic development of your departments. You provide targeted impulses and are characterized by openness, result orientation as well as an appreciation and communicative leadership style. As a decision-making personality guide and motivate your team and ensure its promotion and further development. It is your self-image to create an appealing, inspiring cross-sector team environment in which different perspectives are successfully combined. In collaborative and trusting cooperation with your board colleague, you will design the strategic orientation and future security of Sparkasse Gießen and have the pleasure of representing our savings banks in all areas of public life.

OUR REQUIREMENTS – FREE MOVEMENTS You have a bank-based training and a successful completion of the teaching institute, an economic study or a comparable qualification. With far-reaching experience as a member of the Executive Board or a representative of prevention: in the credit economy with a focus on the overall banking management and credit business, you have already successfully demonstrated your well-founded know-how, your strategic and organizational skills and your leadership skills. We presuppose your business management company according to § 25 c KWG. You act as a stimulus to further advance the development of the house and are a model for the performance and customer orientation. You convince with openness and team spirit, as well as with a high target orientation and a lived consequence. Empathy, esteeming leadership as well as a proven change management competence complete your profile and belong to the further core competencies of your aging.
