Consumer Protection / Payment Law (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) For this responsible position in the Bank's central legal department, we are looking for a dedicated personality that, with its legal expertise in consumer protection and payment, also processes complex legal issues quickly and in a solution-oriented manner. You are responsible for key basic issues of consumer protection and take care of the creation and maintenance of customer contracts and business conditions as well as the form management. On our future retail platform, you will accompany the deposit business with private customers. In addition to the writtenly fixed order (SfO) of the Bank, you will keep a close eye on legal developments at the German and European level and ensure compliance with the law. The supervision of judicial and extrajudicial disputes, coordination with external lawyers and the associated legal reporting are also on your agenda. A special focus of your activity is on payment law. You are delighted to deal with the complex legal issues of this legal area and accompany us in the internationalisation of our Banking & Digital Solutions business segment.
