Assessment, coordination and monitoring of the implementation and compliance of customer-specific requirements Monitoring of customer reviews, analysis of customer data as well as possibly Deduction of measures in negative trends Internal and external communication with customers and suppliers on all quality topics (e.g. deviation permits, further development topics) Monitoring of complaint processing (processing time, response time, content of 8D reports and effectiveness of corrective measures) Assessment of the effectiveness of the measures carried out Implementation and documentation of audits Creation and optimization of test plans and determination of test standards Implementation of quality assurance tests and statistical process control / analysis Continuous process optimization to increase sustainability

Completed studies or comparable training in the field of aviation (alternative automotive) Multiannual professional experience in a comparable field Lean Six Sigma Training (ideally Green Belt) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing High level of method and social competence Structured and team-oriented operation Safe and sovereign occurrence also in challenging situations readiness to travel to the United States
