Ensure a proper operation by appropriate coordination of the responsibility area and staff Ensure the standards F&B, hygiene, decoration, if necessary with adaptation to local conditions Support in compliance with safety requirements, fire protection requirements Operational cooperation in human bottlenecks Guest care Complaint management Demand-oriented ordering of the goods and uniform application Imports Quality control of goods in compliance with HACCP guidelines Complaint regarding quantity, filling of goods complaint sheets with regard to quality Inventory support Ensure product presentation according to standard Make SAP Order Transmission of faults in equipment and infrastructure Control of the functionality of GGL devices and, where appropriate, Introduction of repair measures Reporting short-term personnel needs Support for personnel deployment planning Implementation and documentation of promotions Ideas management, submission of suggestions for improvement ATOSS (Representation Manager Lounge) Conducting employees through recognition and acceptance with the aim of achieving operational requirements Employment Instructions Instruction of employees with regard to the applicable statutory and GGL internal standards Promoting and ordering the organisational and social work environment Ensure and control the work results of the team staff Promoting the professional and personal development of team staff Representation of the lounge manager in his absence (also MOD).
