Care and care of your own customer base with focus on ensuring long-term customer satisfaction receiving and solution-oriented processing of customer requests by mail or telephone, e.g. complaints, stock changes or quality feedback Close cooperation with production and factory management, as well as quality management and sales Conducting calculations, especially in Excel Creating evaluations (e.g. inventory overviews, inventory movements) for your customers and answering questions Collection of contracts and processing of terminations and updates of customer master files in the ERP system Processing and creation of credits Up-selling and cost-saving measures increase

Customer and service-oriented as well as reliable and independent working Experience in customer support, ideally in a B2B environment A completed commercial training is advantageous Teamability, communication strength and loadability Good knowledge of common MS Office programs, especially Outlook and Excel Experience with ERP systems is beneficial Good knowledge of German in word and writing, English knowledge desirable
