Your tasks: • Inspections, maintenance and testing of building equipment in the area of heating / air conditioning / ventilation / sanitation • implementation of control tours and visits and proactive repair and repair • Support and support for customer technical operations • Digital documentation of the activities carried out via mobile devices (e.g. maintenance logs) • Standby and emergency services
