Your tasks

• Manual Order Review: Analysis and monitoring of vulnerabilities in business incidents, investigation of vulnerable transactions and account systems, and manual fraud prevention in digital payment and e-commerce.
• Interface function and communication: Contact person for our customer service for fraud topics and close exchange with adjacent departments in the area of payment.
• Authorities communication: processing of inventory data information and communication with authorities, in particular police departments, prosecutors and state criminal offices.
• Customer communication: Written response to customer requests on fraud in German and English.
• Debitor accounting: analysis and, if necessary, processing of open claims.
• Process optimization: description of recurring patterns, creation of case analyses and support in the optimization of existing decision processes.

Your profile

• Education: A completed training as a bank businessman (m/w/d), a lawyer's specialist (m/w/d) or a merchant (m/w/d), for example for digitalization management – like with a specialist.
• Professional experience: Multiannual professional experience, ideally with first experience in IT or analytics, in the field of e-commerce, in risk and/or fraud management.
• Technology affinity: First experience with SAP FI or Salesforce is desirable.
• Operation: High level of care and independent and meticulous work.
• Personal strength: Secure appearance in the interfaces, a pronounced customer orientation, communication strength and negotiation competence.
• Language knowledge: German at m level and English with confidence.
