Taking into account all hygiene requirements, not only prepare food à la Carte, but also use your experience in the banquet. You organize the dishes in the kitchen, prepare the day and evening menus and support other colleagues in the kitchen when required. You provide order and cleanliness in the kitchen and buffet area of our hotel, including refrigerators and warehouses. You use your work materials professionally and properly. In addition, you are responsible for the correct storage and efficient use of ingredients and raw materials. You work closely with all colleagues in the house, you trade out and manage ideas for improvement in your department.
