You become part of the topsystem GmbH and thus part of the EPG. In training as an industrial businessman/industry businesswoman (m/w/d), you will learn about the operational relationships and processes of a growing IT company. Together with us, you will immerse yourself in the world of human resources management, accounting, marketing, sales and supply chain (i.e. the supply chain from purchasing via MRP to goods shipment). And of course you will actively shape this as a full-fledged team member!

Your training takes place in a dynamic, innovative and international environment. You have your own ideas? Kill her! Human resources, accounting, marketing, supply chain management and sales: You rotate during your training in various departments, support in day-to-day business, and take responsibility for tasks. Your tasks are as colorful and mixed as our teams: customers and applicants win for us, negotiate offers, create contracts, optimize processes, support projects, generate revenue and collect revenue, use data for predictions and improvement potentials, inspire and convince with presentations and - puh - as you see, there is a lot to come together when you work to make logistics for all digital and smarter. At the end of the training we will see which department best suits you and which topics You will be particularly fun - and you will be taken over there as a rule, after passing exam. And so that you can easily get this, we will also make you fit for the IHK exams and prepare you extensively.
