Senior Consultant Valuation - Hotels (m/f/d)

Own-responsible implementation and control of valuation mandata for hotel properties in the national and international context Analysis of complex operational key figures and detailed profit and loss accounts for deriving sound assessments Development and quality assurance of demanding cash flow forecasts and DCF models Creation and review of market, location and assessment reports in German and English Advice from customers on different assessment occasions (including financing, transactions, accounting) Conduct sound market and competition analyses with focus on Germany and selected international markets (e.g. CEE) Preparation and independent execution of customer presentations as well as support for pitches and acquisition processes Close cooperation with interdisciplinary teams and interface function to further business lines Professional guidance and mentoring of junior team members Active design and development of methods, tools and internal standards in the valuation sector

Successfully completed studies with a focus on hospitality, real estate, finance or a comparable subject Multiannual relevant professional experience in real estate assessment, hotel management consultancy, transaction advisory or finance environment In-depth knowledge of the assessment of hotel properties as well as well as well-founded experience with financial models and DCF analyses Strong analytical and conceptual skills and high quality standards Safe handling of complex data structures and very good knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint Embossed customer orientation as well as a sovereign and professional appearance Experience in managing projects and ideally first leadership experience Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
