A living coexistence of the generations is the heart of the Anna Haag multigeneration house. Our bright, modern building combines a senior center, an educational establishment and a daycare centre. Children, adolescents, adults and seniors form a lively community - as in a "big family".

Every day in the multi-generation house is colorful, varied and seldom boring - here you can work well!

for the crib area, in full or part-time

We offer you a versatile task in a daycare centre with an intergenerative and inclusive focus. The idea of forming a living community of children, seniors and young people is lived daily in our house. As in a "big family", the various generations meet when visiting our children's daycare, singing in the housing groups or in community activities such as baking, theatre, playing music, gardening and works. Movement and nature experiences are also part of our everyday life.

In the work of cribs, we are extremely important for intensive, loving contact with the children. Our self-understanding is to perceive children's signals, to interpret them correctly and to react immediately and appropriately.

Support for children's life practice and self-training processes Design of a living daily routine with ritualized structures Monitoring and documentation of development processes Accompanied by children and families at the crossings Crib/Kindergarten/school Reflection and further development of the crib concept and the pedagogical work in the group

Pedagogical specialist, e.g. educators (w/m/d), nurses (w/m/d) and Social assistant (w/m/d) or childhood teacher (w/m/d) Expertise and if possible experience in the U3 area Identification with our intergenerative and inclusive concept Ability to build a trusted educational partnership Attractive remuneration with special services, an interesting working environment in the multi-generation house, working in a multi-professional team, individual and team-oriented training in a wide educational range, as well as support in the search for housing and kitaplace.
