Number: MER0003YZI The Mercedes-Benz customer center in Bremen makes our brands usable for customers and guests as a brand platform with all senses. Here approx. 20,000 vehicles transferred to their new owners. Approximately 60 employees ensure that this moment becomes an unforgettable experience for our guests, from vehicle preparation, reception/check-in to vehicle transfer. With our factory visits, the event management, the shop, our gastronomy offer and the off-road car course ''The Rock!'', we delight our guests every day and make our brands liveable on site. These exciting tasks await you: Participation in the planning and organisation of events (own events and customer events) In this context, creation and updating of event plans and risk assessments Support in carrying out events on site, including coordination of partners and service providers, partly also in evenings or Saturdays Creation of presentations for internal and external purposes Developing new ideas and concepts for future event formats to strengthen the brand experience Support of telephone contact with customers, partners and service providers Write a letter or flyers and advertisements to inform our guests and interested parties optimally Support in the planning and coordination of work visits The activity can begin from April 2026.

Course in Event Management, Marketing or Communication Good communication skills in German and English Secure handling of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote) Very pronounced customer orientation Creativity and initiative in the development of new event ideas Organizational talent and team skills Time flexibility and independent work
