With us you have the opportunity to proactively advance exciting and challenging topics and projects in the In/Exkasso environment for Allianz in Germany. You work closely with colleagues from the diverse teams and support Tribe's leadership team in agile setting in team-wide coordination. In addition, as a working student, you will gain insights into the structure and processes of one of the world's largest insurance and financial services companies and experience the transformation towards an agile organization.

This is what we expect as a working student (m/w/d)

Identification of optimization potentials and design of innovative solutions Support in the planning, organisation and management of IT projects in the agile approach Support for current project projects and other diverse tasks in the field of debt collection Tribe Management support in coordinating numerous agile teams

You are in Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Technical Business Administration or a comparable degree course You have basic IT understanding and know you with office applications Analytical and solution-oriented thinking Team-oriented work, thinking and acting are of course for you Your German is reliable (at least C1), your English skills reach at least B2 level We are happy if you could already acquire knowledge of tools like Jira or Confluence Openness for creative and innovative solutions as well as joy in dealing with pioneering technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal chatGPT
