Supporting your role as Integration Officer (m/w/d) The strategic development and integration of HR and People Developmental Development activities between KNDS Germany and KNDS France You report to the Director Development Culture and work closely with the HR departments in Germany and France to actively accompany the organizational, cultural and processal integration of the units. You contribute to the design, coordination and implementation of cross-border programmes for organisational and personnel development, with the aim of strengthening a common corporate culture and promoting long-term employee engagement You support the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives and transformation projects in an international context (e.g. employee surveys, talent and leadership programs) You support centralised integration projects, support their control and prepare content as well as status reports for relevant stakeholders at top management level You act as a professional contact person for questions of transnational cooperation, organisational development and cultural integration and prepare basis for management You promote exchange and cooperation between HR teams in Germany and France by designing and organizing appropriate formats for networking You analyze the effectiveness of implemented measures, prepare results and derive recommendations for action to further develop the organisation

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of business management, psychology, human resources management or a comparable discipline You bring multi-year professional experience in the HR environment, in particular in the fields of organisational development, human resources development or transformation, ideally in an international context In addition, you have already been able to gain experience in cooperation or coordination of transnational projects (e.g. HR initiatives, change or transformation projects) You have knowledge of German and French, very good English skills You provide a sound understanding of French working and corporate culture and the ability to act effectively in a Franco-German context As well as pronounced conceptual and analytical skills as well as the ability to prepare complex facts structured You have a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working as well as a strong organisational capability high readiness to travel (Germany, France, Amsterdam) is given
