Documentation & Planning: Reliable creation and continuation of analog and digital care documentation as a basis for structured care planning. Medical Management: Responsible preparation, provision and award of medicines according to medical regulations. Promoting quality of life: sensitive everyday support and activation of residents to maintain a high level of independence. Interface communication: Competent and empirical contact for nursing people, their relatives and for doctors and therapeutic teams.

Qualification: Successfully completed training as a trained nursing specialist, health care and nursing staff, nursing staff (m/w/d) or a comparable state recognition in Germany. Personality: A high level of empathy, reliability and strong sense of responsibility in dealing with people in need of care. Working methods: team skills, flexibility and an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working. Flexibility: willingness to work in the shift system (spring and late service) Night service by individual arrangement) and weekend work on about two weekends per month.
