As part of the HUK-COBURG Service GmbH, we build a modern site for damage processing in the automotive insurance sector. As a specialist or specialist for damage regulation, you represent customers in a challenging situation of life: in a motor vehicle damage. From the moment of the damage notice to the payment of the casco damage, you are a central contact person –empathic, solution-oriented and reliable. You make a real contribution and give security when it is most needed. You bring professional experience from the insurance industry or adjacent areas – ideally in the damage service, in the damage regulation or in the insurance services. With your expertise, your communication strength and your careful work, you are perfectly prepared for this responsible task. Your tasks in detail First point of contact for customers in a situation that is usually unusual and stressful for them. Inclusion of new Kasko damage (telephone, written in our IT system/Schadensystem) and further organisation and control (e.g. the initiation of necessary emergency measures). Recording and processing of weather damage. Examination and decision on insurance and coverage in damage regulation. Active damage management and placement to partner companies. Careful examination and processing of submitted documents such as expert reports, cost proposals and invoices.

What you should also bring, would be: Training or studies in the motor vehicle or insurance sector or at least three years of comparable professional experience with commercial or technical background. Automotive industry – technical – e.g. as a motor vehicle service consultant:in, motor vehicle mechatronic:in, motor vehicle technician:in, body and vehicle engineering technician:in, workshop master:in or with comparable technical experience around the vehicle. Damage management with car cover – e.g. as a motor vehicle expert:r, motor vehicle expert:in, vehicle evaluator:in, damage calculator:in or in damage management of a testing organisation, leasing company or a car house. Insurance and damage regulation – e.g. as a merchant for insurance and financial assets, specialist: in motor insurance, liability or property insurance, employees in the insurance service or with experience in damages first contact. Customer advice in the insurance environment – e.g. in the field, sales service or customer service of an insurance company. Right-wing with reference to motor vehicles – e.g. as a lawyer:r with a focus on traffic, liability or insurance law. The goal service times for customer calls to be achieved together are built with the growing team step by step. In the summer, the working time can be increased by up to 2 hours a week to 40 hours (if you work full time (38h) and also take place on Saturday. Why? Because it likes to hail in the summer.
