Senior Product Researcher (m/f/d)

Generative discovery and evaluation research over the entire product life cycle, from explorative interviews to usability tests Develop and implement a holistic research strategy in an agile environment that combines qualitative and quantitative methods Establish continuous discovery in the product teams and empower product and design teams in direct customer contact Significantly shape product strategy through evidence-based insights from user research, analytics and experiments In cooperation with Data Analysts A/B tests and experiments accompany, interpret results and classify them into the product context Compress and effectively communicate complex data from different sources to clear, implementable insights for different stakeholders Identify, prioritize and focus on key product and business issues Team members coaching in Research-Best-Practices, for example in interviews, usability tests and method selection Build and maintain a lively repository of research knowledge with tools such as dovetail, so that knowledge remains traceable and reusable in the company

Completed studies in human-computer interaction, psychology, design research or a related field, or a comparable qualification

5+ years of experience in the product or UX research, preferably in the field of digital products

Deep expertise in qualitative methods (interviews, usability tests, generative discovery) and solid understanding of quantitative research

Experience with Continuous Discovery and a Jobs-to-be-Done-oriented mode of operation

Understanding A/B testing and experimental design to work with Data Analysts at eye level and classify results Using research and collaboration tools (e.g. Dovetail, Jira, Confluence)

Experience in the integration of research into agile product development processes

Detectional successes in influencing product strategy and decisions by research

Strong stakeholder management and presentation capabilities

Very good communication skills in German (mind. C1) and good English
