Tender manager (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the targeted and professional implementation of alerts and the creation of convincing offers. You control and coordinate cross-departmental tendering projects – from analysis to final tendering – and bring internal specialist departments and external stakeholders together in a skillful manner. You analyze tender documents in detail and clarify professional and legal issues with our internal expert teams (e.g. law, sales, product). You create precise offer documents, meaningful presentations and conduct contract negotiations with customers to succeed. You use your Tender know-how, continuously develop processes, methods and best practices, and thus actively contribute to the optimization of our offer management. You are involved in knowledge management in the area of alerts and individual customer requirements – and ensure that expertise remains within the company. In addition, you support relevant reporting obligations in the context of outsourcing or ICT service providers (e.g. analyses, documentation, tools).

A completed study of economics – alternatively a comparable degree 3–5 years of professional experience in project work and ideally in controlling challenging projects Deep understanding of tender procedures and the entire lifecycle of tender and tender processes Methodology competence in handling tenders and offers of national and international customers Very high social competence, coupled with enforcement and excellent negotiation skills Excellent communication skills in German and English Analytical strength, strategic thinking and excellent coordinating skills High customer orientation, liability and pronounced representation and intercultural competence
