Teamlead Accounting (m/w/d)

For an innovative company in the non-profit sector based in Cologne, we are looking for an experienced management team (m/w/d) of financial accounting. Application and holiday planning Central coordination of accounting documents and processes Responsibility for monthly and annual accounts in accordance with all requirements Independent analysis, evaluation and booking of complex business transactions Regular account and secondary bookings as well as ensuring functioning interfaces Preparation, testing and documentation of assessment-relevant completions Plausibility check and correct management of the accounts Contact person for internal areas and external inspection bodies Active participation in transnational projects and special topics

Completed commercial training with further training in financial/invoicing (e.g. balance sheet holder?IHK) or comparable qualification Experience in leadership and competent, empathic team leadership Knowledge of accounting and accounting (month, quarter, year) Secure handling of SAP (FI, plant accounting) and MS Office, especially Excel High numerical affinity, analytical thinking and solution-oriented action Self-employed, structured working with high quality standards and team spirit Clear, sovereign communication with sense for different contact persons Proactive, responsible action and pragmatic solution finding Loadability, flexibility and focus also in work-intensive phases Experience in the non-profit area is desirable, but no need
