You process incidents and service requests end-to-end – from acceptance to prioritization to solution according to ITIL standards. Ensure fast service recovery and keep SLAs always in mind. You analyze disruptions sustainably, document your results in the ITSM tool and, if necessary, initiate escalations to the 2nd and 3rd level support. Proactively communicate with users and ensure transparent status updates as well as professional expectation management. You identify recurring error images, support the problem management and actively contribute to sustainable solution-finding. With your ideas, you drive forward the continuous improvement of our services (CSI) as well as the optimization and standardization of processes. The maintenance of the Knowledge Base as well as compliance with ITIL guidelines and compliance requirements complete your task profile.
