Social Pedagogical Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities include: In the social pedagogical individual case and family aid according to §§ 30/31 SGB VIII, you support young people and families in difficult situations of life, strengthen parental competence and educational responsibility and participate in all decisions concerning them. You advise and accompany families in educational questions and support them in application and social affairs. In the work field Accompanying handling according to § 18 (2) SGB VIII, you support and accompany in the process of initiation, restoration and continuation of a contact between a child and the parent, which is beneficial to the welfare of the child, in which the child does not live or to other persons entitled to circumvention (e.g. grandparents, siblings, former step and nursing parents and other close reference persons). In consultations, you will strengthen the participants in the process of self-regulating and regaining their responsibility in the foreseeable future.
