You are responsible for the support and development of the customer portfolio. You are responsible for the implementation and further development of administrative sales-relevant processes. You conduct contact with existing customers as well as potential new customers and advise and develop individual needs. After consultation, you will conduct personal customer visits in the D-F area and document them in the CRM system. You maintain all sales-relevant customer information and master data in the CRM system. You process daily price requests as well as offer and price updates and document them. You create offers and offers. You perform customer training of the DACHSER platform.

You have completed vocational training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or comparable qualifications. You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office. You communicate in English at level B1. You have a pronounced customer and service-oriented way of working, a safe occurrence and a strong negotiating competence.
