Senior Product Owner – ADDISON Datenservice (m/f/d)

Your mission You are responsible for the further development of the ADDISON data service – a central platform for the statutory transmission of social security and tax reports. You ensure that complex technical and technical requirements are translated into clear product decisions, a prioritized backlog and reliable releases. You combine product thinking, stakeholder management and a solid technical understanding to deliver real customer benefits measurably. Your tasks You implement the product strategy together with product management, stakeholder and your Scrum team and ensure clear priorities and transparency.

You are a key player for the software development team, our customers and internal and external stakeholders.

You are raising, clarifying and coordinating technical and technical requirements, structuring dependencies and making decisions so that the implementation remains focused and planned.

In cooperation with your team's business analysts, you'll start your product backlog and make sure that requirements are understandable, testable and meaningfully prioritised (for example Epics and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria).

You actively accompany the implementation through Daily Meetings, Sprint Reviews and relevant voting, recognise risks early and make sure releases take place on time and in the expected quality.

You work closely with product owners of adjacent systems and departments to plan and control interfaces, integrations and common roadmaps.

You continue to develop cooperation across team boundaries – with the aim of shortening throughput times, reducing friction losses and improving customer experience measurably.

You're so passionate about it At least five years of experience in agile product development, including relevant experience in product responsibility or backlog-ovnership.

Very good practical knowledge in agile procedures, especially Scrum or Scaled Agile Framework.

Detectional ability to analyse, structure and translate complex technical and technical requirements into convertible backlogs.

Structured work as well as safe moderation and presentation skills (for example, reflections and sprint reviews).

Basic technical understanding to communicate with developers at eye level; ideally experience with integrations, programming interfaces, logging, monitoring or interface concepts – or a clearly recognizable willingness to systematically build up this knowledge.

Enforcement and decision-making as well as a sovereign handling of conflicts and different interests.

High initiative and Ownership: You proactively promote themes and work in a solution-oriented manner.

reliable communication in German and English; you can effectively mediate between technical and non-technical stakeholders

Complete study with a focus on computer science, business information, business management or a comparable qualification.

Personality and cooperation: high social competence, excellent communication skills and an open, convincing and authentic appearance.

Required qualifications Own programming experience or detectable technical project experience (for example integrations, programming interfaces, logging and monitoring, interfaces).

Experience in complex system landscapes with dependencies between products and teams as well as active coordination across team boundaries.

Experience with technical specifications (for example data models).
