You carry out monthly wage and salary bills taking into account statutory regulations and operational guidelines You manage and advise employee data in the HR system, for example in the context of master data management or in the collection of new work contracts You enter the time economy as well as the billing You process the reporting and certification and take over the associated correspondence You are a competent contact person for social security institutions, authorities and our employees in all billing-relevant issues You work closely with other departments and thus contribute to smooth communication and continuous optimization of our processes

You have a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification and have ideally already collected first contact points with the personnel billing First professional experience in human resources and HR processes is advantageous You like to work in the team, but also take responsibility for tasks. You are drawing your attention through reliability, trustworthiness and high integrity With your strong communication strength and your sense of other people's needs, you are looking for open, transparent and successful cooperation Knowledge that you still need for your activity, for example in HR systems or in wage and salary billing, is provided by internal training and an individual incorporation plan. This allows you to step by step and work into the topics with sufficient time You are safe in handling MS Office applications Word, Excel and PowerPoint
