You are the reliable contact person for national purchasing, regional companies and other national departments on goods, legal requirements and internal quality standards for foods and ensure compliance with new and existing articles You coordinate regular product investigations and quality controls and ensure their risk-oriented further development In the event of vulnerabilities and deviations, you guide action recommendations and corrective measures and follow their implementation Based on specialist evaluations, you develop decision templates You bring your expertise to the creation and implementation of training concepts and documents In interdisciplinary and cross-country teams, you can learn about the successful implementation of national and international projects with your comprehensive knowledge

A completed study in food chemistry, nutritional science, food technology or comparable Multiannual professional experience in the food industry, in trade, in testing institutes/certification bodies, food monitoring or comparable Safe application and interpretation of relevant German and European food law as well as knowledge of relevant certification systems, quality seals and requirements of consumer magazines and NGO Analytical and Structured Operation Communication strength and team orientation Safe handling of relevant application software and good English language skills
