You combine deep financial understanding with strategic thinking and control the economic performance of our assets over the entire life cycle. At the interface between fund management, internal areas of expertise and external stakeholders, you are aspiring to translate complex financial relationships into clear recommendations for action. As a senior portfolio manager, you play a central role in the active management of our renewable energy portfolios for institutional investors. You combine deep financial understanding with strategic thinking and control the economic performance of our assets over the entire life cycle. Your sunny views: Portfolio Performance & Valuation: You play a central role in the active management of our renewable energy portfolios and control the economic performance at portfolio and asset level. Performance Analysis & Interpretation: You analyze the value development of individual projects and the overall portfolio, interpret these critically and guide well-founded action recommendations. Optimization of value drivers: You develop a deep understanding of key value drivers such as revenues, costs, availability and PPA structures and actively contribute to increasing payout capacity and overall performance. Financial Analysis & Control: You analyze cash flows, budget deviations and earnings developments at project and portfolio level and conduct specific optimization measures. Investor Reporting & Transparency You are responsible for the content of investor reporting and make sure that economic development is clearly, transparent and interpreting. Asset Control & Performance Controlling: You tax and defer asset managers and operating units in terms of performance, cost development and risk exposure. Budget, liquidity & distribution planning: You are responsible for planning at fund level and ensure a resilient, comprehensible management. Interface & Stakeholder Management: You act as a central interface between Fund Management (AIFM) in Luxembourg, internal departments and external partners such as law firms and auditors. Development of systems & processes: You support the continuous optimization of performance, risk and controlling systems as well as processes in portfolio management. Strategic analyses & policy bases: You will start sound portfolio analyses and decision-relevant documentation for management, including clear recommendations for action. ESG & Sustainability: You are actively working on the implementation and further development of ESG topics in the portfolio. Support for audits & fund processes: You support the AIFM in financial audits and in the ongoing updating of fund documentation.

Studies: You have successfully completed an economic, economic or comparable study. Professional experience: You have several years of experience in controlling or portfolio management of renewable energy portfolios, ideally focusing on cash flow analysis and performance control. Asset & Investment Understanding: You have experience in the valuation of assets or a strong understanding of the value drivers of infrastructure and Energy investment. Financial & analytical strength: You are able to penetrate complex financial relationships, structure them clearly and derive sound decisions from them. Hands-on Mentality & Ownership: You critically question facts, go beyond pure reporting and actively control performance and processes. Structured operation: You work independently, structured and solution-oriented with a high quality standard. Communication & Stakeholder Management: You have very good communication skills in German and English and can communicate complex content to the user. Tools & data competence: You have very good Excel knowledge and ideally experience with MS Power BI and Copilot. Interest in the energy market: You bring great interest in renewable energies as well as a good understanding of their economic and regulatory framework.
