Your New Task As an assistance, you support people with a high level of support – especially in the pre-language area – in their everyday lives. Your tasks include: Individual assistance in everyday life: support in life-structural tasks and assistance in structuring the daily routine. Offer and design of possibilities of participation, based on the needs and resources of the resident. Promoting life-structural skills and social skills – always with the aim of strengthening self-reality and self-determination. Accompanying the implementation of personal development goals, which were developed together with the residents and the team. Support in basic care with respect to dignity and individual needs. Educational assistance and relationship design: You build a reliable relationship and create a secure framework for development. Designing (social) participation, empowerment and inclusion – You actively support social equality.

Your profile Complete vocational training in educational or social care empathy, empathy and sensitivity in dealing with people with severe impairment – especially in the pre-lingual area High personal fitness and motivation to support people with complex support needs kindness, tolerance, self-responsibility, collegiality and joy in cooperation in the interdisciplinary team A safe feel for proximity and distance as well as a professional role understanding An esteeming basic attitude and the ability to reflect your own actions Willingness to cooperate in the three-layer system and to flexible work Experience in dealing with people with diagnoses from the autism spectrum and/or complex impairments is advantageous – but not absolutely necessary. Good IT skills, especially in MS 365, as well as ideally experience in handling common documentation software German knowledge at level C1 Class B driving licence Also desirable are: Knowledge of current developments in integration aid, in particular in the context of the BTHG (Bundesteilhabegesetz) The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
