Our goal is clearly defined: We are all committed to designing administrations in the provision of municipal services for companies and for citizens both citizen-oriented and economically efficient and sustainable. As a municipal company in the legal form of an institution of public law, we are more than just a service provider. With a dedicated team of over 40 experts, we support over 1000 jobs and manage more than 500 specialized IT procedures.

Tasks: You are the link between our customers and our specialists. Through your empathic and customer-oriented appearance, you gain understanding and are perceived as a partner. You understand to qualify through skillful questions, the wishes and requirements of our customers. You control, monitor and delegate the requests for our specialists. You escalate topics in time You get feedback from our customers at regular intervals.

Requirements: You have a completed training, for example in the commercial area. You are empathic, customer- and service-oriented as well as communication-strong. You keep an overview, are very well organized and set the right priorities, paired with coordination skills and enforcement strength. You have good MS Office skills, knowledge of Atlassian Jira are desirable. You have a good expression in German word and writing
