Tasks

• Together with the team, you carry out control and release in export operations and assess goods, software and technologies relating to the collection by the legally specified lists of goods (External Economic Law, War Weapons Control Act and, if applicable, foreign export laws).
• You apply for approvals to AWG and KWKG or submit preliminary inquiries to the competent authorities (e.g. BAFA, BMWE, etc.) and carry the electronic War Weapons Book.
• You are also responsible for the management of export authorisations and KWKG authorisations (e.g. for the production, transport, acquisition, transfer), the application of timely extensions and the monitoring of the use of granted authorisations.
• You develop processes for export procedures that are to be regulated (i.e. for technology transfer) and document the decisions made by you of the audit and administration processes.
• In your role, you are a contact person* with regard to export and military control issues for the company, subsidiaries and authorities and responsible for the sanctions list checks to be carried out.
• You are responsible for carrying out training on export control and arms control"

Profile

• They have completed technical studies or can provide a comparable training and training in the field of export and military control.
• Ideally, you have a multi-year experience in export and military control and can demonstrate contact with shipping / customs operations
• They are safe in the application of MS Office products as well as SAP and Internet research.
• They have a strong sense of law, an interest in the implementation of legislation and provide the willingness to participate in the field of external economic law and arms law.
• Your environment convinces you because of your communicative skills, your team-orientedness and your ability to enforce.
• They are characterized by technical understanding, organizational skills, a great sense of responsibility and a structured approach.
