Design the “Barrierefreier Campus” project with us! As part of the project management, you will take over the planning, control and coordination of measures to improve accessibility and of (en) construction measures at the Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences. As a diverse, inclusive and future-oriented university, we develop buildings and outdoor spaces that are functional, aesthetic and accessible to all people. You plan, control and accompany measures on all HOAI performance phases (1–9). You convert blind guide systems and supplement tactile door signs in buildings. The preparation, monitoring and technical examination of tenders and award procedures are also part of your tasks. You monitor internal and external services and ensure compliance with contractual requirements. You agree with authorities, the BLB NRW and internal demand agencies and work with them trustfully. You are also responsible for examining the contractual obligations regarding the operation and condition of buildings and properties. You independently process fault indications, complaints, delays and replacement measures.
You have a successfully completed university degree in the fields of architecture, civil engineering or a comparable technical engineering.
