You have the real estate portfolio under control - we have the Rhenus world? Then come to us! You take responsibility for the entire portfolio management of our international properties. You tax and coordinate all property-related topics - from acquisition to management. You work closely with our business units and develop tailor-made solutions that meet their needs. You participate in the real estate strategy of the Rhenus Group and actively shape the future orientation. You are the central interface to internal departments and external partners such as service providers and authorities. You're analysing property codes and creating reports that serve as the basis for strategic decisions. You have a completed training in the real estate, business or a comparable field. You bring experience in portfolio management or real estate management - ideally in an international context. You work structured, solution-oriented and take responsibility. You can communicate safely in German and English - in writing as oral. You're redirected with MS Office and ideally you've already worked with real estate management tools. You convince with communication strength, organizational talent and an independent way of working.
