Project Developer Culture (m/f/d)

In the context of the Construction Administrative Regulation, you accompany project concepts, analyze potentials and check the economic feasibility for new construction and, above all, the renovation of existing projects. You independently conduct project calculation, cost-effectiveness calculations and reporting, including monitoring reports by In your role as a central interface, you coordinate, accompany and manage internal and external stakeholders as well as clients and users from the urban environment to the final implementation decision. You continuously work on the further development of the processes within the respective implementation models (for example, tenant rental model). You cooperate in complex financing and rental concepts, if necessary with the application of funding, and coordinate the relevant specialist authorities for project implementation You are responsible for the initiation and accompaniment of large-scale and urban-scale competitions, development and feasibility studies as well as construction law acquisition and land protection, for this purpose you check land documents and transport value determinations and analyze the building law and estimate the buildability of land You control, negotiate and conclude project-related contracts, execute contract management and take over the commercial project transfer to the Project Realization and Asset Management departments You are responsible for the leases as part of the tenant rental model and ensure the timely binding of advertised funds You monitor time and budget plans to secure the achievement of project goals and carry out reporting

You have completed a successful study in the field of business or real estate, or a training as a real estate businessman/wife as well as a relevant further education, for example for the real estate economist*in. You have profound experience in project development and/or project management in the real estate sector. You are safe in the preparation of cost-effectiveness calculations and deriving recommendations for action and investment decisions You are characterized by organisational and negotiation skills and work independently and solution-oriented. Your conceptual skills allow you to develop topics both individually and in the team and in a targeted manner.
