You are an ordained priest*in – you also have several years of experience in the direction of a diaconian institution or in an area of the written church where you could already bear responsibility for diaconic work. In addition to your multi-year management experience, you have an economic knowledge. As an experienced manager, you attach great importance to constructive and solution-oriented cooperation with your board colleagues and executives and jointly shape the communication in the company. With your human and eloquent appearance, the foundation is professionally inward and outward, as well as a high social and social engagement.
