Strategic and operational responsibility for the procurement and contract management of onshore wind projects – including WEA supplier and maintenance contracts up to general contractor or BoP contracts incl. Network building for construction companies Planning and control of tenders for wind turbines, including O&M options, general contractors' services, civil engineering, electrical infrastructure and additional services such as compensation and replacement measures Close cooperation with the Senior Project Managers Wind and the existing procurement structure in the PV sector as well as the construction of an independent, clear setup in the wind sector Management of contract negotiations with all potential suppliers and conclusion of economically, technically and risk-optimized contracts Close coordination with the Senior Project Managers Wind and Construction Site Managers to integrate contract risks, interfaces and milestones in project and cost controlling

That's what you bring

At least six years of experience in purchasing in the wind sector, for example in a project developer or IPP Alternatively, at least ten years of experience in the sale of wind turbines at a WEA manufacturer Knowledge of the specifics of WEA contracts (including technical annexes, delivery and assembly volumes, availability and performance clauses, warranty, service etc.) Experience in civil engineering and infrastructure related to wind projects Embossed negotiation skills and secure understanding of risks, opportunities and complex contractual contents High sense of responsibility as well as a structured, binding and critical way of working Very good knowledge of German and English in C1 level (in each case safe from negotiation)
