You acquire rights to land for one of our major network expansion projects in Baden-Württemberg They coordinate the necessary service providers. You will accompany negotiations with property owners and operators as well as communication with authorities and interest groups They coordinate the search of owner and farmer information as well as the creation of land value and special reports They cooperate and support the project team intensively in property law tasks They support project communication as part of information events They contribute to the further development of our legal acquisition strategies and ensure their implementation in our IT tools

They have completed university studies in agriculture, forestry, geodesy and forestry Geography or a comparable subject or have completed training with multi-year professional experience in these areas Ideally, you have gained first professional experience in project work or in the land and welfare of the energy and infrastructure industry They have good oral and written expressability and enjoy interdisciplinary and team-wide cooperation They identify and analyze tasks pragmatically and can prepare complex facts and solve them using known solutions.
