System equipment and care according to legal, collective and/or operational regulations Rollout of new software to employees, executives, works council and HR Management of the concept of rights Interface management to other modules and programs Creating and developing reports Implementation of updates, further development and optimization of the software, possibly in cooperation with external consultants, by continuous testing of existing processes Core Process Responsibility of HR Processes: Care, Development and Optimization of HR Processes Contact person for technical questions and internal communication on changes Implementation of user training, incorporation of new colleagues and executives creation and ongoing adaptation of process descriptions or other knowledge documents or Operating arrangements Head of or supportive cooperation in HR projects

Min. completed kfm. Training with further education on/to the personnel businessman/woman, (specialized)higher education from the field of economics/informatics. Professional experience in HR and administration and introduction of HR software Basic knowledge of the logistics and/or security industry is advantageous Secure handling of MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word) Good spelling skills An independent, structured and careful way of working with which you can organize your task Personal strengths such as resilience, reliability and sense of responsibility complete your profile
