Specialist Personnel Development (m/f/d)

As a part of the Learning & Development Team, you will be a coach and an exciting and inspiring learning journey for our constantly growing team of over 10,000 operative employees and 500+ executives. In our international and dynamic working environment, you feel at home and work closely with HR and your colleagues from the operating area. It is important that you have fun constantly learning and developing yourself and at the same time you pass on to our employees with conviction of this knowledge in the course of training! Your workplace will be the Fulfillment Center in Nuremberg. Training coordination: As a L&D coach, you plan and coordinate the training together with the participants and team leaders. You make sure the training places are agreed and optimally prepared. Communication around trainings: You inform participants and team leaders: in advance and take care of the follow-up. Guidance of training: You carry out workshops, leadership trainings and further training independently as a trainer. You prepare training together with co-trainers and then advertise them. Feedback & Optimization: You analyze the participant feedback, measure the effect of training and identify potential improvements. Learning interventions: Identify learning needs with team leaders and the HR department (HR) and introduce new learning solutions that make a difference.

A successfully completed Bachelor degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Human Resources or Similar At least 3 years of professional experience in personnel development / L&D, where you have carried out presence training yourself and ideally worked closely with the operating area Flowing German and very good English skills Passion for learning and development as well as the drive to increase the influence within Picnic You are ready to travel to various locations in Germany to carry out training on site and have a driving licence. As a team player you know how to easily build networks and work closely with important stakeholders You've got an organizational talent and you're going to work with energy, bringing things up and mobilizing your stakeholders with ease
