Safety Specialist / Occupational Safety Specialist (m/f/d)

As a specialist for occupational safety (m/w/d) - from now on and in full time - you play a central role in implementing legal requirements and promoting active safety culture. You accompany risk assessments, safety assessments and accident analyses, advise on technical protection measures and support our managers in designing safe and ergonomic jobs. With your know-how, you drive projects to optimize safety-related processes and work with audits, certifications and internal EHS initiatives.

Care and advice of one or more farms in matters of occupational and plant safety pursuant to § 6 ASiG Support for executives in implementing legal requirements (ArbSchG, BetrSichV, GefStoffV etc.) Monitoring and implementation of risk assessments, safety assessments, accident analyses and action tracking Participation in the design of safe and ergonomic jobs, as well as in operating instructions and instructions Cooperation in projects to optimize safety processes Promoting active safety and environmental culture at the sites Advice on technical protection measures, personal protective equipment (PSA) and safety markings Cooperation with specialist departments, company doctors:insides, authorities and external service providers Support for audits, certifications and internal EHS initiatives Organisation and implementation of training and awareness-raising measures

Complete technical training (e.g. in the field of chemistry, mechanical engineering, environmental engineering, etc.) or comparable qualification Recognised additional qualification for the occupational safety specialist (according to § 7 ASiG) and the fire protection officer Professional experience as a specialist for occupational safety in a manufacturing company, ideally in the food or process industry Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and technical rules Embossed communicative skills and pragmatic, solution-oriented working style Self-employment, sense of responsibility and organizational talent Very good German and good English skills Readiness to travel to several locations in the area of North Germany Safe handling of MS Office; Knowledge of EHS software of advantage
