• As an expert in tax reporting, you are responsible for tax determinations in the quarterly and annual accounts as well as in planning calculations

• You carry out tax determinations in connection with consolidation behaviour, analyzes financially relevant tax data and ensure their quality

• You prepare tax issues and results for internal and external communication

• You support the creation of the Annual Report, our Tax Transparency Report and the Country-by-Country Reporting

• You develop tax reporting and tax accounting processes in a conceptual manner and accompany their system-side implementation

• In addition, you support the continuous development of the internal control system (IKS) and the tax compliance management system (TCMS) of the Uniper control function in Germany and abroad

• You have successfully completed your university degree with a focus on taxes or accounting/auditing

• As an expert, you have several years of professional experience in the national corporate tax law and international accounting

• You have well-founded theoretical and practical knowledge regarding the determination of latent taxes according to IFRS and HGB and are familiar with the creation of complex income tax returns and tax determination in annual accounts

• The tax consultant exam or a comparable additional qualification you have successfully filed and brings a high degree of process and system understanding with

• You are characterized by an independent way of working and have strong communication and team skills

• Very good MS Office skills you bring; Knowledge in journalism and SAP as well as chat GPT or MS copilot are beneficial

• Very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile
