Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• Support and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks and workstations
• Troubleshooting and problem solving in IT-related enquiries and disturbances
• Installation and configuration of hardware and software
• Monitoring and management of network systems and security protocols
• Training and support of end users in IT issues and problems

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Complete training in IT or comparable qualifications
• Experience gained in IT infrastructure and technical support
• Very good knowledge in the environment of heterogeneous client and server infrastructures (desktop, server, telephony, mobile devices, network, printer)
• Good knowledge of network technologies, operating systems and IT security standards
• Experiences in the field of application management, software distribution, Active Directory and databases
• Excellent knowledge of German in Word and Writing (min. C1)
