Financial Controller (m/f/d)

Support in the management, development and implementation of financial controls and accounting procedures in accordance with the company's standards and applicable legal requirements Participation in the analysis and creation of reports for the recognition and use of opportunities for increasing profitability Active cooperation in managing the accounting department and ensuring smooth financial processes Monitoring and co-responsibility for the timely preparation of all financial reports, forecasts, analyses and balance sheet accounts Control of revenue and expenditure and ensure correct accounting in accordance with USALI and internal guidelines Support in the implementation and monitoring of internal control mechanisms (e.g. purchasing, cash handling, inventory, wage and salary accounting) Supporting budget planning and monthly forecasts through sound analysis and provision of relevant key figures Processing of wage/content data including evaluations in cooperation with external wage calculator Contact person*in for auditors, tax advisors and banks in all financial topics

Completion as a balance sheet holderin or a tax subjectr or comparable qualification desirable Including professional experience in financial accounting and accounting; ideally in the hotel industry, the service industry or a tax consultancy company Analytical skills and accuracy to capture complex structures and document their financial transactions in self-responsibility Empathic competence to promote and motivate employees and colleagues Pro-active action, takeover of responsibility and implementation strength Communication strength, openness to the world and team Reliability, loyalty, above-average engagement, ''Hands-on' mentality Very good German and English skills in word and writing, French language skills desirable IT knowledge with the following systems desirable: Scopevisio, Cisbox, Fairmas
